An AI-Powered platform built for corporate sales teams. It turns a single user prompt into valuable business insights by sourcing and organizing data from across the web/news. I led the redesign of its interface and introduced new interaction models that gave users greater control over their data output. The redesign enabled the product to pivot quickly, secure investor interest, and launch with a more focused and usable experience.

Project Overview

It helps sales teams generate insights from a single prompt. It’s more than a chat—it’s a tool that interprets, refines, and visualizes business data. When we joined, the product’s initial design lacked depth and user understanding. We rebuilt the interface from the ground up and added key upgrades that helped the client prepare for investor presentations and move quickly into the AI space.

Context & Challenge

When we joined the project, the foundation had been set, but there was still a gap between the product’s capabilities and how those were expressed in the interface. The value of the product wasn’t fully visible to users, and core interactions felt unclear. For me, it was also a new experience—working with LLM-based design meant navigating complex logic filters, CSV inputs, and data validation tools. The challenge was to bring clarity to a powerful but intricate system.

Understanding the Core Idea

At its core, the platform revolves around a single prompt. From that prompt, the system breaks down keywords, analyzes data, and recommends a tailored ICP using uploaded leads. The users—salespeople—expect fast, filtered, and accurate results. The interface had to support deep configuration without feeling technical.

Key UX Problem

One vague prompt could lead to irrelevant results. Users needed tools to shape their data without restarting or guessing. We had to make prompt refinement part of the workflow—and make it feel intuitive.

UX Strategy & Solution

 

Through ideation and testing, we designed a system that let users break down prompts into keywords, use Boolean logic, add brackets, and relate topics together. This gave sales teams a way to narrow their dataset without friction, while still keeping the interface lightweight.

Turning Data into Insights

We expanded the system beyond just answers. The platform now offers widgets that give context and depth:

  • News articles filtered through refined keywords

  • Analysis charts showing industry trends

  • A global map showing keyword mentions across markets

 

These widgets make the AI output immediately useful and visually scannable.

Result & Impact

 

The redesign repositioned this tool as a smart, configurable AI assistant—not just a prompt box. With more control, users could guide the AI toward better, sharper insights. The platform went to market faster, earned investor confidence, and delivered a stronger experience built for real business use.
